Dhoni presented his pair of keeper’s gloves to Bollywood’s Rowdy Rathore and team India’s ardent supporter actor Akshay Kumar as a token of love from the whole team for being a comforter for the team even during its rough times.
Akshay Kumar had never personally met M S Dhoni until India’s recent victorious hunt down of Pakistan during the Asia cup. The actor was asked to grace the presentation ceremony and present the Man of the Match award to Kohli.
Later that night Dhoni met Akshay and thanked him for all his supports through micro blogging sites. They both spent some time together and left for their rooms. Then that night Dhoni surprised Akshay by sending his pair of keeper’s gloves and a letter as a token of appreciation to his room.
