Director Seeman has revealed his stance in the forthcoming assembly elections. The director, who is also the founder of the Naam Thamizhar Iyakkam, has said that his party’s only goal is to ensure Congress’s defeat. Seeman says, he understands that if his party contests the polls independently this time, the votes would go in favor of the DMK with which the Congress has formed an alliance.
Incensed with the way the Congress government in the Centre dealt with the Sri Lankan Tamils issue and the attack of the Tamil fishermen by the Sri Lankan Navy, the director says that this election is the fitting time to show them the door.
He added that his goal is to wipe out Congress entirely from the state and will therefore support the AIADMK.
