Finally the confusions seem to surround Billa 2's release will be put to rest as it seems. A press release, from the office of producer Sunir Kheterpal, seeks to end the confusion regarding the movie's release date. July 13 has been confirmed as the release date in the official announcement which will be preceded by a first look function, in Chennai on July 1st and 2nd. A new trailer will also be released on the same day.
The movie is being released all over the world in more than 1200 theatres. Other than the pan India and regional markets, Billa will also be released in international markets. For instance, in France, the movie will be released in about 10 theatres with French Sub-titles. A new song is added in the film that is not in the sound track, a sixth song a belly dance sequence shot in Georgia.
