Cheran, director/actor will be seen in the film, Muran with Prasanna sharing screen space with him. Cheran's Dream Theatres is producing the film. Rajjan Madhav is the director and the heroines are Haripriya and Nikitha. The plot revolves around a musician (Cheran) and a rich brat (Prasanna) who are diametrically different and the events that are set in motion when their paths cross.
The music is by Sajan Madhav, brother of the director. Jayaprakash will also be seen in a key role. Cheran and Prasanna are psyched about their roles as both have powerful characters. Prasanna especially, who has been keeping a low profile after his guest appearance in Bana Kathadi feels that Muran will do for him what Anjathey had done for his career in 2008.
Muran's release has been confirmed for August 12th.
