Richa Gagopadhyay, who smoked up the screens in Mayakkam Enna and Osthe, will be seen in Venkat Prabhu’s Biriyani alongside Karthi. In a recent chit chat, the pretty actress revealed that she missed out Mankatha, due to her Mayakkam Enna schedules. “Venkat and I had promised each other to team up soon. When he asked me for Biriyani, I immediately signed up. I’m sure we are going to have a blast during the shoot.”
About Karthi, Richa said, “There are many young and brilliant actors in the industry. One of them is Karthi. I’m super-excited to work with him. I also would like to team up with Suriya in the future.”
Biriyani will also have Venkat’s brother Premji doing an important role. Yuvan will deliver the musical part for the film and Sakthi Saravanan will wield the camera.
