G Dhananjayan has been appointed as the Chief – South Business for Motion Pictures Division of UTV. With an experience spanning over 24 years, Dhananjayan’s last stint was at Moser Baer, and during his tenure there he ensured that it turned out to be one of India’s largest home entertainment company.
On appointing Dhananjayan, Siddharth Roy Kapur, CEO, Motion Pictures - UTV, said, “We are confident that with the wealth of experience Dhananjayan brings to the table, he will be a valuable addition to the senior management team at UTV and will help lead our efforts to building a strong business in the regional film space, particularly in South India.”
