Currently, filming for STR's Vettai Mannan is happening at Binny Mills. Word is that Hansika's portions are being canned. The Muppozhuthum Un Karpanaigal team is also there as some patch work still needs to be done. The cinematographer for the STR film as well as Atharva film is Shakthi.
Since the crucial climax scenes are being shot for Vettai Mannan, Shakthi was unable to give his full attention to MUK and therefore he reccommended Jiiva Shankar for the job. The MUK team has accepted as they are also pressed for time.
