AR Rahman will be featured in Oprah's new show, Oprah's Next Chapter for a two-part special called Oprah Travels to India. The two had met in 2009 when ARR won two Academy Awards for Slumdog Millionaire. He was a special guest on the Oprah Winfrey Show and performed for her and the guests on the show.
Rahman will be seen welcoming Oprah during her visit to India and the KM Music Conservatory founded by him will be highlighted on the show with a beautiful performance by his children's choir in front of Oprah and other A list celebs from Bollywood. It is expected that Bollywood's first family - Amitabh, Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan will also be seen in this show.
