| World's
first official show of Dasavatharam at Republic
Of Ireland |

The world’s first official screening
of Dasavatharam was in Dublin, Republic
of Ireland, on Thursday evening. My friend
Naveen and I were among those lucky fans
to grace the occasion. Like they did last
year, taking pains to screen Sivaji first
day first show, this year also the two
good Tamilians from Dublin, Mr.Srinivasan
and Mr. Shivakumar did a wonderful job
by screening this movie. They did that
in style this time by screening the first
show of Dasavatharam in the world. |

At a time when fans across the world are desperately trying
to get a ticket for watching this movie, there was this special
screening at a small country in Europe with an audience of
around 100 people finding themselves lucky. Majority of those
were Tamilians though a few Keralities, Andhrites and Kannadigas
were also present just to prove how popular Dr.Kamalhassan
was among South Indians.

The
movie was an action packed entertainer. Asin's acting
was well applauded during certain scenes, so were the
stunts, graphics and other technical aspects of the
film. But the movie belonged to the one and only Univesal
Hero/Ulaga Nayagan ''Padmashree Dr.Kamalhasan''. All
the 10 avatharams he took in this movie were brilliant
with the best avathars being the American Villain, the
Dalit activist and the Telugu secret service agent speaking
in Tamil. Kamalji has once again proved how good he
is as a screenwriter. The late Sujatha would have been
pleased with Kamalji's screenwriting skills if he were
to watch this on the big screen today.
On the whole Dasavatharam is a wonderful package and
credit must go to the producer Aascar Ravichandran and
the director K.S. Ravikumar for the support they |

given to Kamalji's script and shaping that to perfection.
These ten avatharams will be as popular as the ten avatharams
of Lord Vishnu took to save mankind and in my opinion
the movie is a perfect ten out of ten.
