| Experience
is the best teacher, it indeed is. For this
young lady in tinsel town it has been a
case of ‘once bitten, twice shy’.
Her first and last priority today is her
career and she wants the world to know it.
In fact she does not want any other young,
beautiful and talented lady to experience
the mental turmoil that she has been through
(or been put through). |

Seemingly
still recovering from the shocks that were caused
by the hurricane developments in her life, Nayanthara
gave an interview to a leading Tamil daily while
on the sets of her latest Tamil movie, Yaradee
Nee Mogini. This is her first Tamil movie in quite
a while. The happenings and the resulting grapevine
and gossip in Kodambakkam that had threatened
to take huge proportions had kept her away for
quite some time. But she was not out of work or
anything of that sort. In fact she was too tied
up for dates, having given up most of them to
Telugu producers. But now on the sets of Yaradee
Nee Mogini she looks prepared to face the demons
of her past (very recent past). The statements
that she made in the interview reflected the thoughts
of a person who was determined not to fall into
an abyss once again. Some of her comments seemed
to be direct digs at a young Vallavan of Kollywood.

All that glitters is not gold; all men are not gentlemen.
2 There are both sadists and lunatics amongst men.
3. Appearances may be deceptive: it is hard to identify
one of these.
4. Look before you leap: research the character of the
man thoroughly before committing.
5. You cannot possibly cry over spilt milk and look
good, so better not spill it.
6. Proximity breeds contempt: never date your colleague.
7. Make hay while the sun shines: earn your dough when
your career is at its peak, no distractions.

under a constant security cover. She has not openly
spoken about any direct threat. But the presence of
such personnel itself says a lot.
All that has been said above comes from a person who
