The
shooting for Aalwar is going
on in full swing at the Ramoji
film city in Hyderabad where
a huge set of the Chennai general
hospital has been erected. Ajith
appears as a ward boy in the
hospital.
A rejuvenated Ajith is reportedly
dazzling on the sets of Aalwar.
Recently a stunt scene was shot
which involved nearly 500 junior
artistes. The stunts, being
choreographed by Super Subbarayan
were reportedly very risky and
were shot in a scene of utter
chaos and mayhem inside the
hospital, being caused by a
band of villains looking for
Ajith. |

The fight sequence was that
of Ajith hitting back. Amidst
saline bottles and flying cartons
and breaking windowpanes and
patients running helter skelter
Ajith batters the baddies. The
scenes, reportedly very risky
and were performed by Ajith
himself without using any dupes.
Director Chella, knowing the
impact that the scene could
cause in the theater has used
many cameras to capture the
scene. Hi tech cameras including
the Akila Crane, Steadycam and
Gimmy C were used to add effect.

Mohan
Natarajan, producing the film
for the Rajakaliamman films
banner too was very happy with
the way things turned out.
Apart from Ajith setting the
screen on fire, the film will
see Asin in the female lead
with Pasupathi, Manorama, pithamagan
Mahadevan, Sathyan among others.
Vivek will be providing the
lighter side for the film. He
too is badly in need of a hit.
Chella is the one man behind
the movie, doing the story and
screenplay apart from the direction.

Ravi
Mariya is writing the dialogues. Srikanth
Deva is set to provide a few foot
tapping numbers for Ajith and Asin
and hopefully the audience to jive
to. Aalwar, coming soon, for all Ajith
fans to celebrate. |
