Simran’s ‘tattoo’ way of attraction!!
Simran
If you want to take a lesson in how to attract attention, ask Simran. The actress who left at the peak of her career to marry childhood friend Deepak, settled down in Delhi and recently gave birth to a baby boy, Adheep. But the adulation she received as the leading star in Tamil films must have been unforgettable. She has now come back and although she does not say it in as many words, she is scouting for chances. She also has her hubby in tow and she would not mind if he is given half a chance.

She has moved into another former heroine, Devyani’s house. She was recently spotted at the launch of Aanaimuganum Aarumuganum, an album of devotional songs cut by Shoba, Vijay’s mother.
Simran shared a good screen chemistry with Vijay and she thought it fit to make her presence felt in the company of big names like KB who directed her in Parthale Paravasam, MSV, Vijay, SAC and so on. Although she came dressed in a simple maroon salwar kameez, many could not miss the tattoo sneaking out of her corset. It was surely an exercise in self-promotion. Motherhood had brought a mature look and flabby upper arms. So, in order to avoid people from commenting on her healthy proportions, the tattoo would make a talking point.

Speaking on the prospects of chances after marriage, she said that most actresses had peaked after marriage like Sarojadevi, Padmini, Savithri, Banumathi and as recently as Kajol.

She was confident that she would also do well. Excuse us, madam, you cannot compare yourself with the legends you have listed. But you would definitely get a few more years of good roles provided you come up with good performances. Tamil cinema does not rely on glamour alone, it does support solid acting. Try polishing your skills and you could be on a long journey. Good luck!.
