More than a year ago, Kamal released the screenplays of two of his famous movies, Mahanadi and Hey Ram, as a double-edition-book in Malayalam. As if to keep the tradition alive and active, Sasikumar’s 2008 blockbuster Subramaniapuram’s script has also been released in Malayalam. Translated by Shibu, the book is published by Olive Publications and was released in Kozhikode recently.

The event witnessed attendance from notable personalities including Malayalam writers Punathil Kunhabdulla and V R Sudheesh, directors Blessy, Mohanan and Samudrakani, Tamil theatre activist Pralayan, and journalist Premchand apart from writer-director-actor Sasikumar. Olive Publications has previously released 15 such successful screenplays including Kamal’s Mahanadi and Hey Ram.
