Though he made his debut through Ajith’s
Dhina, it was Vijayakanth’s Ramana
that put Murugadoss in limelight. Gajini
was the film that gave Murugadoss his claim
to fame, and his ticket to Bollywood as
a remake of the film is being discussed
with none other than the versatile Aamir
Khan. With the film Ramana itself he proved
his mettle as a good director, and now after
Gajini’s stupendous success, he has
gained the titles of a master storyteller
and filmmaker. An emerging brand in cinema
would probably best describe this talented
filmmaker, and industry experts are eagerly
awaiting his first steps into Bollywood.
With a script like that of Gajini, we don’t
see him falter, as he rises up the ladder
of success. Even Superstar Rajinikanth has
expressed his wish to act in this young
boy like director’s movie.
