Ghajini
is considered one of the biggest hits in Surya’s
career. The movie used advanced technological
inputs. The climax sequence is especially worth
mentioning. There have been several stunts and
fights in the climax before. Yet this one stood
out because Pradeep Rawat, the villain was in
the scene playing a dual role and the choreography
by Kanal Kannan was impressive.
The
whole sequence was shot in 10 days despite poor
cooperation by the villain. Surya did the hanging
from the rope exercise for all the ten days
of the shoot. Camera angles were quite interesting.
Special cameras were brought in from Mumbai.
