Selvaraghavan, the critically acclaimed
director of 7-G Rainbow colony is also
one of the successful directors in Kollywood.
His third movie Pudupettai is eagerly
expected among the cine goers. In a recent
survey done by a famous Tamil weekly,
readers have voted Selvaraghavan as the
director who understands the pulse of
the youngsters better than any other directors.
They feel that Selva is the one who caters
to their taste rather than the other directors.
The
survey was done among the college students
in Chennai. Shankar and Mani rank after
him.
In
the meantime, his Pudupettai which was
expected to hit theatres in Pongal has
got delayed. It’s now planned to
be released on Tamil New Year day. The
audio sales of the movie is slowly picking
up.
