Urvashi is a talented actress and many of
her films in Tamil had earned her the epithet,
Navayuga Savithri. She was a leading star
in Malayalam as well and about a decade
ago, her films with Jayaram were big hits. |

settled down to happy matrimony and had
stayed away from films. Now, she is back
with Jayaram in Madhu Chandralekha. This
film is directed by Rajasenan, who had directed
many of Jayaram’s hit films.
