Surya never had an organized network of
fan clubs like for actors Rajini, Kamal,
Vikram, Vijay, Vijayakanth etc. But, his
success of the past couple of years has
changed the scenario.
He
has a small but committed band of fan clubs.
He has asked them to participate in the
relief work for flood affected victims in
Chennai and other parts of Tamilnadu. He
has also promised a huge amount as personal
contribution to the relief measures.
