Tabu
is a talented actress and is very familiar
to the Tamil and Malayalam audience. Although
she had a busy career in Bollywood, she
has worked with prestigious south Indian
directors like Priyadarshan, Rajiv Menon
and Mani Ratnam.
Her searing performance in Santosh Sivan’s
Terrorist won her the best actress National
award. She will be playing an important
role in the Telugu version of Bhoot. The
remake has Jyothika as the heroine. The
new film will be directed by Ram Gopal Verma
who also directed Bhoot. Tamil version of
Bhoot was titled Shock with Prashanth in
the lead.
