MGR
- The unending oxygen supply for AIADMK |

Jayalalitha,
the Tamilnadu chief minister and AIADMK
general secretary, showed her creative
side when she wrote a poem on Chandran.
The party celebrated its 33rd year
and the party supremo penned her thoughts
to mark the important day. Her poem
says, the moon of the universe might
fade from the evening sky but the
Chandran on earth would never fade.

Obviously
she is referring to the founder of
the party, MG Ramachandran.
The party has gained a lot of footage
from the association of the former
chief minister. Jayalalitha was only
reinforcing the fact that MGR was
the lifeline of the party even after
his demise. Remotest corners of Tamilnadu
still continue to spell magic when
the name is taken aloud. MGR, is not
a man, he is a legend. Some people
go to the extent of saying that the
legendary actor-politician is still
alive somewhere. |
