After the critically acclaimed Kanchivaram that went on to receive the National award in the best film and best actor category, the film’s director Priyadarshan is gearing up to direct another realistic film. The ace director has plans to direct a film on AIDS and has roped in Aamir Khan to play an important role. Tabu, sources say, is being considered to star opposite Aamir. However, there is no official confirmation on this yet.

According to the director, he wanted a wider audience for this film on AIDS awareness and an actor like Aamir is the best choice to get the desired results.
