The following day in his blog Aamir went on to describe how he felt while discussing the game with one of its masters. He wrote that Sachin was able to predict how every single ball was going to be bowled and he was right almost all the time. Aamir even said that he had got to know the logic behind this ability of Sachin to read the bowlers’ minds, but refused to reveal any further. Now we know that there is more than just instinct to those premeditated paddle sweeps and late cuts.

Aamir also said that if he got a chance to see a movie with Sachin then he would bowl him over with his instincts of story and scripting. It is rare to see Aamir at any public event. It is even more rare to see him in the company of another big celebrity, he generally does not enjoy much limelight when away from films. But this time, going by his glowing blog, we guess he did enjoy the experience. The IPL once again shows us why it is being touted as the big leveller between sports and movies.
