Dasavatharam’s music director Himesh
Reshammiya is embroiled in a controversy once
again. The ace music director recently, clothed
in a burqa went to pray in a famous Muslim
shrine in Ajmer. The shrine is of Hazrat Khwaja
Moinuddin Hassan Chishti, a medieval Muslim
saint, which draws people of all religions.

Himesh reportedly came to the shrine to offer prayers
for the success of his upcoming movie as a hero ‘Aap
ka Suroor’. Some of the devotees present there supported
Himesh stating that the musician wore the burqa only to
escape from his mobbing fans.
Chief prayer attendant Sarwar Chisti said Himesh’s
intentions were honorable. “He changed his dress
only to avoid the crowds. He wanted to pray in peace,”
he added. The musician apologized if had offended anyone
his action.
The same shrine was in news a year ago when one of the
upcoming Bollywood heroines Katrina Kaif, entered the
shrine in a skirt.
