Adithya Chopra is returning to direction after
a long time (he never does films at short
notice) and when Adi directs a movie it has
got to be big. He was the one who directed
the evergreen romance Dilwale Dulhaniya Le
Jayenge which is still reportedly running
in one or two theaters in Mumbai (the longest
running movie in the history of world cinema).

He had returned nearly five years later with Mohabbatein,
this time with an even bigger star cast including SRK,
Big B, Aishwarya Rai and half a dozen new faces. This
one though not in the DDLJ class did do enough to keep
the Adi stamp alive.
Now he is coming back and his casting seems to have got
bigger. This time he intends to cast two of the top five
names in the industry. Bollywood’s hottest hunk
Hrithik Roshan and the most thinking actor (we are not
considering the likes of Naseeruddin Shah) Aamir Khan.
That is the plan; Aamir and Hrithik in the same movie
to be directed by Aditya Chopra. Will this happen? Well,
when the Yashraj Banner wants to do something in Bollywood
there is almost no stopping them, everything falls into
place. After all, no actor in his right senses would upset
the mighty banner. That could be the last thing he does
in his career, Superstar or not.
