It’s a bad bad world, where blood doesn’t
recognize blood, where brothers fight to death,
where being mean is mandatory for survival;
but there is hope. Relax…… this
is not a divination of what the world will
be like in 2020. This is just another simple
Bollywood news.

Why the drama? Well, that is because the news is so identical
to the scripts of some of the movies in the 70s where
friends were willing to do anything for each other. Okay
let us get this straight - a genuine appreciation of the
fact that sometimes commercial interests do take the backseat
and relations call the shots. Seldom do we get a chance
in Bollywood to present to all those skeptics who believe
or like to believe that men in showbiz have nothing but
money and fame on their minds.
This is the news. The Salman Khan, Govinda starrer Partner
directed by David Dhawan is set to release on July 20th.
The very next week is scheduled the release of Salman’s
Hollywood debut Marigold. This July is going to be Salman
flavor. But there was a small hitch. Scheduled to release
around the same time was the Akshay Kumar starrer Hey
Baby produced by Feroz Nadiadwala.
Feroz and Salman are old friends and have worked together
many times before. Salman is going through a rough patch
and Feroz has decided to help him out by clearing the
path for Salman’s next release; he has postponed
the release of Hey Baby to allow Partner to have a free
run at the box office. That’s what we call friendship.
