The two have only seen doing cameos together in various films but were never seen as a duo in a full-length feature after Saajan.

Sanjay and Salman will soon be seen together in a film to be directed by Sujoy Ghosh, who is presently busy shooting for Aladdin with Sanjay Dutt. It was the rapport the two had developed during this shoot that made Sanjay offer the director an opportunity of directing another film for his home production. What makes this untitled project even more interesting is the news that he is trying to bring in his off-screen buddy Salman to act alongside him and Salman has even given his approval. Now that’s a double whammy for Sujoy who gets to direct two of Bollywood’s biggest stars in one film. He even claims that the role etched out for Salman was done keeping the actor in mind.
