Salman - one of the best artists in the country |

We are not talking about Salman the
artiste but the artist in him. A side
not many know rather only a few very
close to him know this talent of his.
He is supposed to be very good at making
live sketches especially portraits.
This was revealed to the media by Aseem
Merchant his co-star in the Prabhu Deva
directed Pokkiri,

a remake of
a Tamil hit by the same director which in
itself was a remake of a Telugu hit directed
by Puri Jagannath with Mahesh Babu playing
the lead.
Aseem plays the villain in this movie and
during time after shoots he spends time with
Salman in the sets. During one such chat session,
Aseem says he had Salman reaching out for
a sheet of paper and starting to sketch a
portrait of Aseem, which he claims took nearly
2 hours and what resulted was a meticulously
detailed portrait of himself that nearly had
him surprised. Aseem went on to say that he
felt on top of the world when he saw the portrait
and that this talent of Salman could clearly
put him among the best artists in the country
and that it needs to be showcased. Now that's
something his fans should be looking forward
to now that his wax idol is being constructed
at Madame Tussauds. |
