and then almost every other filmmaker in Bollywood followed suit. The latest to do so is veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty who has just completed the shooting for his film Don Muthuswami.

This film, shot in just about 50 days, is about a ruthless don, who later in an attempt to reform, changes his identity and calls himself Sir Muthuswami. This is a return of sorts for this three-time national award winner, who also won accolades for Mani Ratnam’s Guru, in which he played the role of a media tycoon. This movie has Hrishita Bhatt, Rohit Roy and Shakti Kapoor in the cast. Don Muthuswami is produced by veteran producer Shakti Samanta and is directed by his son Ashim Samanta.
