Nearly 21 years ago, Anil Kapoor and Feroze Khan
played brothers in the hit movie Janbaaz. That was
the last time the two stars were seen opposite each
other. Now they are back together, to play brothers
on screen. Director Anees Bazmee has managed to
rope them in for his comedy flick Welcome, which
is slated to hit the screens later this month. The
director said he was privileged to direct these
veterans and added that idea of casting Feroze struck
him when was working with Anil Kapoor and Feroze’s
son Fardeen in No Entry. Akshay Kumar plays the
lead in Welcome, which also features Katrina Kaif,
Nana Patekar, Paresh Rawal and Mallika Sherawat.
That’s one ensemble cast for a comedy. |
