The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards this year has Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan competing for the Best Actor Award, it was disclosed yesterday. While Shah Rukh was nominated for his performance in 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi', in which he played a simpleton, Aamir was selected for his portrayal in Ghajini. Apart from the two Khans, other nominees in the fray for the coveted award are Naseeruddin Shah (A Wednesday), Abhishek Bachchan (Dostana), and Hrithik Roshan (Jodhaa Akbar).

Jodha Akbar and Ghajini have also be nominated for categories like Best Picture, Best Actor (Male), Best Actor (Female), Direction and Best Music.

Abhishek Bachchan has been nominated for three categories this year. They are: Best Actor and Best Comic Actor (Dostana) and Best Supporting Actor for Sarkaar Raj. IIFA Festival will begin on May 11th and end on 13th.
