Recently, Mahesh Babu, in his official Twitter account, had announced that the film will be exactly releasing on January 12, 2020. The makers had earlier announced that the movie will hit the screens on Sankaranthi next year.

On the technical front, Sarileru Neekevvaru is shot by ace cinematographer R. Rathnavelu, who had previously shot films such as Endhiran and Rangasthalam, while Tammiraju handles the cuts.
