Samantha who is all set to enter an important phase in her personal life had a great 2016 which went in her favor as regards her films. She was a part of Vijay’s Theri and Suriya’s 24 in the past year and was much appreciated for her performance in the films.

The icing on the cake is easily her election in the People’s Choice poll in Behindwoods where she won with an astonishing 60.04% of votes in the Actress category.
