RAJINI BREAKS SILENCE TO VOICE HIS SUPPORT, 3RD DAY THEATRE STRIKE CONTINUES

Superstar Rajinikanth who is currently in the US has voiced his support against the 30% Municipal Tax levied over the Movie tickets. With Tamil Nadu Theatres are shut down for the 3rd day in a row, it is important that the industry stands together to voice their support. Rajinikanth shared his opinion on Twitter which read "Keeping in mind the livelihood of Lakhs of people in the tamil film industry, I sincerely request the TN GOVT to seriously consider our plea"
With all important members of TFPC, Theatre Owners and other important members of the film fraternity meeting the government officials last 2 days failed, we sincerely hope a positive decision is made soon benefitting the movie industry and the strike is called off soon to avoid a huge loss to the industry.
