A wannabe rock song with less than impressive mixing effects. Sounds noisy and lacks the finesse to be called a polished rock song. Has some rap thrown into the mix. Somehow doesn’t make the desired impact and sounds amateurish. Just a mish mash of bits and loops from other songs. Is it really supposed to be spelt as “Gank Star” ?

Sort of piece de resistance of the album. Though not exceptional, it towers over the rest of this average album. We know what to expect when Haricharan sings. A melody, it is. He is effortless and easy on the ears. The lyrics are inspirational. But, the song never shifts gears and gives a lethargic listening experience.

A romantic song heavy on beats. Roshini is peppy and brings some life to the number. At the risk of sounding repetitive, this song also has an amateurish feel, despite the composer’s best efforts with the instrumentals. The song has the spunk though. Not bad.
