The song starts with the by now very popular 'thaka thaka' ‘konnakol’ refrain. Kamal is at ease delivering these portions in his own distinct style. He rocks in pulling off this tongue twisting portion with ease. Shankar Mahadevan takes over then, in his authoritative, incredibly trained and mellifluous voice. The tabla is also prominent in this beautiful Hindustani classical number.
