GVM ACQUIRES THE REMAKE RIGHTS OF THIS SUPERHIT FILM?

Pelli Choopulu is a romantic comedy Telugu film directed by Tharun Bhascker Dhaassyam. It is about how a shuffle in matchmaking ceremony leads way to a sweet love story. The film was commercially as well as critically well received.

Now the latest we hear is that Gautham Menon has apparently acquired the Tamil remake rights of Pelli Choopulu. We are still not sure if he will direct it himself or produce it with a different director under his Ondraga Entertainment. We are awaiting for an official confirmation from GVM’s side.
