Rajinikanth's third idea was this: "I have always observed that both the head of the party and the Chief Minister candidate are the same. But that will not happen during my tenure. I will remain as the Party Leader. I can never imagine myself as the CM. Even during 1996, everyone from the Prime Minister to the CM had asked me to contest and become the CM of Tamil Nadu, but I said no. If I decide once, I won't change my mind. That is the reason Cho once called me facsist. So I will remain the party head and form a council of experts with knowledgeable people from different fields and all the promises announced during the election campaign will be fulfilled."
