As the first few movies of 2014 have started hitting the screens, we do a quick recap of the best that Bollywood had to offer to the audiences last year. The year was peppered with many big-budgeted blockbusters such as Dhoom 3, Krrish 3, Chennai Express and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani but such money-spinners wouldn’t find a place here. The purpose of this slideshow is to celebrate movies which were progressive, refreshing and also generated good response from their respective target audiences. Here’s to more such gems in the current year too.
