KANCHIVARAM
Kanchivaram: Kanchivaram is centered around a protagonist who is not a "hero" in the real sense, but does heroic deeds. An excellent weaver who fights against the unfair system whilst trying his best to fulfil the promise he gave to his daughter, Kanchivaram is a cynical, yet poignant take on father-daughter relationship. One of the most interesting moments of the film is a running gag involving a policeman (George Maryan), who struggles with sticking the emblem on his beret.
