The contestants showed a phenomenal change in their ways from when they entered the show and a while later, on it.  All of them, when asked about their experience on the show, mentioned that it changed them as people. Friendships dissipated and new associations were formed.

Vaiyapuri lost his angry self, Raizaa understood the value of the things that she took for granted earlier, Snehan became a subtler version of himself, Aarav and Ganesh cried for the first time in years, and so on.. We could see people becoming different right in front of our eyes.

Lesson: Do not get too hung up on who people become - they will not remain what you remember and think of them as. Embrace the change
