CATCHING/LIFTING SOMEONE FALLING FROM A CLIFF

In movies, a person falling off a cliff or building is saved with little effort by someone pulling them up with just one hand.

Reality: Catching someone and pulling them up when they're falling puts so much stress on your shoulder/elbows, that it can lead to dislocation, apart from being extremely difficult to start with.
