An effortless unplugged number sung by the composer Anirudh himself paves for a relaxed start for this album. Anirudh takes the track forward with his fun filled vocals supported greatly by acoustic guitar and casual styled lyrics. The live drumming adds a natural stage show feel for this feisty composition. It reverbs with positive energy and expertise in the interludes with an amazing fusion between Alternative Rock and Carnatic Classical Violin. The mild sounding Jazz piano cues are another treat to hear.

It is time to explore the meditative worlds in the form of a mesmerizing duet supported by delicate string section and intoxicating vocals of Neeti Mohan and Anirudh once again. Despite the 90s feel, the song lingers in the ears for its pleasant feel and impressive fusion between Western classical Piano and Carantic Violin. It is indeed commendable of Anirudh to maintain a perfect balance between the two vocalists in superimposing their voices in a timely manner. Surprisingly, there are traces of the lovable Carnatic Raaga Sahana as well!

Anirudh gets back to his funky self with a peppy number in raw vocals of Benny Dayal. The lyrics are quite new age supported well with R & B styled trumpets and interesting chorus. There is a presence of never-before-heard sequence which takes the track to an entirely new world. It is indeed a brilliant experimentation which appeals in an honest manner.

The brilliant singer Sid Sriram makes his unique presence felt with a brilliant solo now. Laced with fantastic Western classical piano, live drums challenging the senses and trance like ambience, this track is literally the life and soul of the album. This track again proves that Sid Sriram can carry any song entirely on his shoulders! The masterstroke occurs when the title song chants are effectively fused in this contrastingly laid back number.

The best surprise is when Anirudh chooses to experiment with an unpretentious folk number next. Sean Roldan does a commendable job with his honest vocals and the fusion ambience created is another key aspect. The composition takes over many genres like folk, alternative rock and new age music in the so called Chennai style! The usage of harmonica with Western Symphony will surely take the listener to new realms of musical worlds.

A gripping song which is well equipped with a foot tapping rhythm section and angry lead vocals. There are multiple dimensions to this number such as alternative rock , new age jazz and contemporary pop. The interludes are wonderfully woven with meek string section and contrastingly angry electric guitar. Watch out for the jazzy keys which run as an undercurrent base throughout!
