MASALA PADAM MOVIE RELEASE EXPECTATION

Masala Padam, produced by Allin Pictures is braced up to hit the big screen this weekend, 9th October, in over 140 screens in TN. Auraa Cinemas would be releasing it. The film holds an array of artists as part of its cast list while director Laxman Kumar has singlehandedly managed to produce and also wield the camera for this feature.

 

The social media is flooded with personal reviews of common film going audience and not just critics, on every Friday and the impact of such statements is huge. The film intends to throw some light on what to say and what not to say with respect to criticizing films.

 

“Masala Padam is a multi-genre film and calling it a comical outing will not do justice to its story. The story travels through three audience characters and five critics. Bobby Simha will represent the C center audience, Gaurav, the A center while Mirchi Shiva, the B center. Newcomers will play the critics, each belonging to a different medium. Usual masala films will see the hero singlehandedly take forward the film with his stunts, acts and dialogues but in this Masala Padam a great lineup of characters will drive the narrative” states director Laxman.

 

Karthik Acharya scores music for this feature while Richard Kevin implements his cuts. The movie promises to showcase different perspectives of various film patrons in a lighthearted way.
