Well, we wonder why ‘Kolaveri’ was chosen over this as the single to be released. This has all very similar things, except Dhanush’s voice. Tamil and English get into an uneasy entangled lyrical relationship once again. And Anirudh has shown the same attitude towards the conventional musical methods that he might have when he made Kolaveri.
