2009 was a year when he made a shift from the regular actor to the man who can pull off the most demanding of roles, thanks to Bala and Naan Kadavul. Now, everyone sees Arya in a different light, one who is prepared to give everything to a character. Of course, he had been a guy to watch out for right from his debut in Arindhum Ariyaamalum. With lots of impressive projects lined up, there does not seem to be any looking back. There looks to be a heady mix of genres; a period flick, romance and a campus based comedy (which will also see a shift for Bala). Looks like 2010 is set to be even more happening.
