Finally the movies that remained successful in the past six months are Gautham Menon’s Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, Lingusamy’s Paiyaa and Hari’s Singam. Gautham gave us a breezy romantic contemporary love story with his VTV while Lingusamy and Hari strictly stuck to the formula and still delivered hits. Karthi and Suriya became the brothers who had something to take home during the first half. With promising releases lined up during the coming months, we hope the second half of 2010 is much more exciting that the first.
