Having lost a friend who tried to expose a drug racket going on in the government hospital, Vikram takes matter into his hands and decides to strike back. Vikram, a medical college student, leads a gang of four to abduct corrupt politicians and bureaucrats who use the loopholes in law to enjoy their prison term in hospitals as guest houses. In the climax when he gives reasons for his wrongdoings and explains the evils in the society, the judge charges him with life imprisonment and this has the entire public storming into the court to support him.
