a country where film stars are venerated as Gods it
is not surprising that the average fan awaits their
favorite hero’s next cinematic offering with
an anticipation that increases in intensity as the
day of the film’s release draws closer and rises
to a towering crescendo of mass adulation and hysteria
that result in extremists performing pujas on cutouts
and picking up fights with anyone who says anything
even remotely disparaging about their hero. By the
time the curtain goes up, the expectations have gone
up to unreasonable levels and it is only the rarest
