Sneha has admitted that
it was quite an uphill task for her to get
into shape as her eating habits were not very
good and she used to skip breakfast. But gradually
she realized the importance of fitness and
devoted herself to eating right and exercising
and managed to get into and stay in shape.
She prefers cycling and swimming to traditional
gym workouts and though she still can’t
resist her mother’s spicy food she tries
to follow a balanced diet.
