These two men double as directors as well as actors and they are great no matter which end of the camera they find themselves in. Subramaniapuram was directed by Sasikumar and had Samuthirakani play the manipulative villain. Samuthirakani then made Nadodigal with Sasikumar in the lead. They switched roles again with Easan and yet again for Poraali, which is expected to hit the screens soon.

Together these two men have earned a reputation for daring to be different and for making the find of offbeat films they believe in. It is always a treat to see what they have cooked up and we doubt that is going to change anytime in the future.
